BAKED SWEET POTATO DISH

1 Large can Sweet Potatoes
¼ teaspoon salt
½ stick butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup sugar
2 cups miniature marshmallows

Drain ½ of water out of potatoes, (save water for topping) mash, add remaining ingredients and mix to a smooth consistency, fold in marshmallows. Pour into greased baking dish.

TOPPING
½ stick
¾ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoon flour
½ cup pecans, chopped
3 tablespoons water (left over from potatoes)

Mix all ingredients well and droop on top of potatoes. Bake at 350  for 30 – 45 minutes.
