6 lb. Tomatoes (peeled & chopped)
4 Bell Pepper (chopped)
2 Tbls. Salt
1 clove Garlic (minced)
2 tsp. Coriander seed
4 Medium Onion (chopped)
1-4 Jalapeno (chopped)
2 Tbls. Sugar
1 tsp. Cumin
1 Cup Vinegar
Mix all in large pan, cook 2 hours – uncovered. At low boil.
Pack in sterilized jars & seal.
Approx. 6 pints
